The 34rd.<\/sup> \u00e9dition du Marathon de La Rochelle Serge Vigot : c\u2019est parti !\u00a0 Venez courir THE<\/em> High-Performance Associative Marathon <\/strong>Every year it is a new challenge, because every year the organizing team wants to improve an event, whose growing success and performances make it the second most successful French marathon in 2024 with 75 athletes under 2h45, 356 under 3h, 1575 under 3h30 and 3101 under 4h.<\/p><\/blockquote>

This sporting success is directly linked to the associative spirit, the DNA of our operation, which has the following aims: THE ONLY OBJECTIVE is to successfully complete the event for the pleasure of the participants and those who accompany them and encourage them throughout the courses offered during the weekend; nothing else!!!<\/strong><\/p>

We know that we must remain vigilant, attentive to everything and humble, because a grain of sand can disrupt even the most beautiful of organizations.<\/p>

It is thanks to this state of mind that we have overcome difficulties when they have arisen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The values \u200b\u200bthat are at the origin of the wonderful adventure of the Serge Vigot La Rochelle Marathon, our backbone, continue and we are proud of them.<\/p>

So, since 2023, we have maintained free registration for job seekers and the prices for all the races we organize on the weekend; for example, for a marathon registration before June 15, it is \u20ac58!<\/p>

Excellence can be popular, we believe it should be!<\/p>

The quality of the welcome from the 1,300 volunteers present at the weekend, warm and attentive,<\/p>

the disabled race, the rewards for all finishers, we care about it.<\/p>

Our association, although its objective is to organize an event of national or even international scope, nevertheless remains vigilant and civic-minded regarding the ecological impact that our organization can have.<\/p>

For years, we have been committed to developing measures to reduce this impact. We are making progress with each challenge by innovating in the field of waste management, in particular.<\/p>

Since this year, we also want to improve in the area of \u200b\u200btransport by promoting soft mobility and, above all, by raising awareness among volunteers and participants of the importance of the issue.<\/p>

This is why we thank you for making sure to prioritize carpooling and public transport to limit the ecological impact of our event. We must all do our part.<\/p>

For the 2025 edition we are ready, volunteer members of the association, as well as the 1300 weekend volunteers, public and private partners and employees, to do the 10 km, the Duo, the Business Challenge, without forgetting the Chauffe-Gambettes, the Handi Races and the marathon of the 2025 edition, sporting events of excellence, festive and friendly.....but better than 2024!!!<\/p>

Once again, we are looking forward to welcoming you to our very lively and busy village, where the bibs are handed out, where you will find our newly renovated shop, some 65 exhibitors and the bar, an essential meeting place where you will be given all the information you need to approach the races with complete peace of mind.<\/p>

On November 30, 2025, come to La Rochelle, come run, enjoy, share.<\/p>

8:45 a.m.: Start of the 10km, Av Leclerc<\/p>

8:57 a.m.: Start of the Handi races, Quai Maubec<\/p>

9:00 a.m.: Start of the Marathon, Duo and Business Challenge, quai Maubec and Louis Durand<\/p>

Don't delay if you want to register because the number of participants per race is limited (10 km: 3500, DUO: 1000 teams, Business Challenge: 200 teams, Marathon: 8500), and we are surprised, every year, by how quickly our limits are reached.<\/p>

It is again and always, with renewed and sincere pleasure, that we hope to welcome you on November 30, 2025.<\/p>
